Guided & Natural Hypnosis

There are 2 forms of hypnosis, one is guided and the other natural.

Guided hypnosis is induced by a hypnotist or hypnotherapist.  Natural hypnosis is one that happens to us naturally, like daydreaming.

Whether induced or natural, all forms of hypnosis can be considered as self-hypnosis. Though induced hypnosis may come from another person, it is still self-hypnosis. It is just an organised and step by step hypnosis.

The suggestions that is accepted by the hypnotized person become self-suggestion or self-hypnosis.
