Of course you know what Nature is – it can be garden, trees, flowers, forest, waterfall, sun, sand, sea, sky etc. As long as it is some settings that are soothing, quiet and relaxing. By walking in the nature for a few minutes, your mind will quiet down. If there is only quietness or sound of water flowing /birds chirping /leaves ruffle, that would be ideal.
